Here’s an update from us as we head into the new year.
Pipe Flushing
We have scheduled pipe flushing in all apartments (except for building 26, which was flushed in the autumn) with the company Rens och Spol on 28 and 29 January. Please see the notices posted in the stairwells.
If you are not able to be at home, we kindly ask you to leave a labelled key with their staff at the entrance between 08:00 and 08:15. The key will then be returned to your letterbox afterwards.
Bicycle Storage
We’d like to remind everyone once again to label your bikes that are currently stored in the bicycle room before they are removed. Many appear dusty and abandoned, but others look newer and still in use. We want to avoid removing bikes that belong to someone in the building.
Bikes that remain unlabelled will receive a tag notifying that removal will take place soon.
Garage
Here’s another reminder to remove items such as cardboard boxes, building materials, wood, furniture, and other belongings stored behind the cars.
Our property manager, Nabo, has pointed out that despite previous reminders, there are still items in the garage that pose a fire hazard and do not belong there.
Annual General Meeting
Please save the date: the AGM will be held on 13 May. We will send out more information as the date approaches.
