Bicycle Parking
Spring is here and bicycles are starting to appear all over the courtyard. We would like to remind everyone that bicycles may only be parked in the designated areas:
- The bicycle storage room
- Rented commuter spaces in the garage
- Bicycle racks around the courtyard
This is important to ensure we can all enjoy an open and tidy courtyard. Incorrectly parked bicycles may be moved. We have recently installed more bicycle racks, including by number 26, by the stairs down to Flottbrovägen, and on the terrace – so there are plenty of alternatives.

We would also like to remind everyone not to walk dogs in the courtyard, where children often play. Please remember this is a shared space for us all.
Annual General Meeting coming up
As previously announced, the Annual General Meeting will take place on 14 May at 18:30 in Essinge Church. The agenda and further information will be distributed at least two weeks before the meeting, in accordance with the association’s statutes.
