Here is an update from the board.
Renovations and Repairs in the Building
- The entrance to building 26 has now been repaired and is complete.
- The attic lighting will be fixed shortly.
- The hole in the staircase at Flottbrovägen 25 will also be repaired soon.
- Rat traps have been installed in the drains of both buildings.
Finances
The 2025 budget is now complete, and we are pleased to report that the association's finances remain strong. However, we do have some major renovations planned for the future, and inflation has driven up costs from many of our suppliers. Therefore, we have decided on a 4% fee increase to ensure the long-term financial stability of the association.
Bicycle Room
A reminder to label your bicycles with your flat number and surname by 1 December, as previously communicated. After that date, unlabelled bicycles will be collected for recycling.
Clas Fixare
Lastly, we are happy to share that Clas Fixare (clasfixare.se) has provided our association with a 15% discount code for residents who need help with various tasks in their flats. The code is BRFKLÄDSTRECKET24 (valid only for residents of our building). They can assist with carpentry, installations, electrical work, plumbing, and more.
