Here is an update from the board ahead of the summer.
Window renovation
Unfortunately, we need to inform you that the window renovation has been delayed further. Flottbrohuset will therefore be completed after the summer, with work planned to resume in week 33.
The delay is due to our windows being in worse condition than expected and taking longer to repair at the factory. The board had already allowed for additional renovation costs beyond the fixed fee that was agreed. At the time of writing, that budget has been exceeded slightly. However, the entire contract has been procured at a fixed price, which means that the delay will not lead to any significantly higher costs for the association.
The work will pause from week 28, with the exception of the windows for our commercial tenants, where work will continue during week 29. Work on the apartments in Flottbrohuset will resume in week 33.
All of entrance 20 will be completed before the break. If time allows, as many windows and balcony doors as possible in the common areas will also be renovated. No apartments will have single glazing or window protection installed during the holiday period.
Together with Nabo and the contractor, we have had several apartments in entrance 26 inspected. The independent inspector had no remarks to report.
Affected apartments in Flottbrohuset will also receive information directly from Fog & Fönster. If you have questions about access to your apartment, or need to report any damage, please contact the contractor directly in the first instance. Contact details for Hector, who is responsible on site, and Thomas, the project manager, can be found on the notices in the stairwells.

Solar film on exterior windows
We would also like to remind those of you who have solar film on your exterior windows, or who are interested in installing solar film, to contact the board as soon as possible.
Booking the pergola

Log in and click “Laundry room” at the top, and you will see the option “Book pergola”. Your apartment key works for unlocking the outdoor furniture. The infrared heating is also started with your apartment key and runs on a timer.
Please remember to put tables and chairs back afterwards for everyone’s enjoyment.
The coal cellar and joist renovation
The coal cellar will be renovated after the summer. The board has informed Nabo that we wish to start the work then and has received a schedule from Stockholm Balkong. According to the current plan, the work will take place between week 33 and week 45. The board is in ongoing dialogue with Nabo and will provide more information as the work approaches.
