Here is the final update of the year from the board, with some news.
New Locksmith
We have changed our official locksmith to Låspartner, located at Essinge Brogata 2 on Lilla Essingen. The reason for the change is to avoid having to travel all the way to Huddinge (where the previous locksmith was based) to copy keys, for example. We hope this will make things easier and more affordable for everyone when the need arises. More information and contact details can be found at laspartner.se.
Food Waste Bin on Flottbrovägen
After New Year, there will be a food waste bin placed on Flottbrovägen, so that all residents in the association have convenient access to recycling.
Label Your Bicycles
The board would like to remind everyone one last time to label your bicycles so that we can tidy up and organise our new bike rooms. After the holidays, unlabelled bicycles will be removed.
Loose Items in Garage and Attic
We kindly ask everyone who has loose items stored in communal areas in the attic or behind their parking spaces to remove them immediately. After New Year, Nabo will take over property management, including fire safety inspections (SBA), from Åkerlunds. During a recent inspection, we received comments about this issue. The Christmas break could be a good opportunity to clear things out. It may become permissible to have lockable storage cabinets, but we will provide further updates on this from both Nabo and the board shortly.
New Website Coming Soon
We are also pleased to share that the board is working on a new and improved website, which will be launched next year.
