Here is an update from the board.
New ramp to the bicycle room
Our member Andreas Ullsten has built a new ramp down to the bicycle room to make it easier to collect and store bicycles. Many thanks from the board for a great initiative.
Please note that the ceiling height is now slightly lower, so mind your head. A clear marking will be installed shortly.
Window renovation
If you have any questions about the window renovation, please contact the project manager at Nabo, Jimmie Lundholm, at jimmie.lundholm@nabo.se.
Balcony screens
Several members have asked about new balcony screens. Amex Solskydd can assist with this in the correct color, at a cost of approximately SEK 800 per meter. If interested, please contact info@amexsolskydd.se and mention that you live in the association.
Important dates
Annual general meeting: May 12 at 18:30 in the church
Community work day: April 25 at 10:30
Clearing of attics and basements
Please note that all personal belongings in our attics and basements that have not been removed despite previous reminders will be discarded in connection with the community work day. No exceptions will be made. Items that are labeled will also be discarded. If you do not want to lose your belongings, please store them in your private storage or in your apartment. This is due to fire safety reasons.
