Here is an update from the board.
New supplier for garden maintenance
We have changed supplier to Blue Harvest, who are now responsible for the association’s garden maintenance. Please feel free to say hello if you see them in the courtyard.
Hobby room and board room
The hobby room and the board room are currently being used by the contractor carrying out the window renovation. The hobby room is therefore not available for carpentry work for the time being.
Stairwells and fire safety
We would like to remind everyone that stairwells must be kept clear of items such as sleds and similar objects. This is an important part of our systematic fire safety work and is followed up together with Nabo.
Dates to add to your calendar
- Community work day, April 25
- Annual general meeting, May 12, a formal notice will be sent in accordance with the bylaws, but please save the date already now
Ongoing projects
- The balcony renovation is proceeding according to the latest communicated schedule. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled next week, followed by cleaning and site clearance.
- We have ordered a wrought iron railing for the short side facing Coop to protect the planting. This will be installed during the spring.
- The window renovation is progressing according to plan so far. Information regarding additional orders will be shared once the contractor is ready to manage the process. It has not been forgotten.
