We hope your summer is off to a good start. Here’s another update from the board.
Waste chute dampers
Thanks to our dear member Andreas Ullsten at number 20, we now have dampers installed on all waste chutes. This means you no longer need to hold the lid or your keys with one hand while throwing out trash with the other. Hopefully, this will make waste disposal both easier and more pleasant. A big thank you from the board for the help!
Balcony flower boxes and watering
We’ve received requests to remind everyone of the association's rules regarding balcony flower boxes. On several occasions, soil and water have spilled onto balconies and terraces below during watering, causing mess and inconvenience. This is of course unfortunate, but also something we can easily avoid with a bit of extra consideration.
We’d also like to remind you that flower boxes must only be placed on the inside of balcony railings. This is for safety reasons and to help prevent the incidents mentioned above.
Rat control
We’ve received several reports of rats around our buildings. Anticimex has therefore been on site and placed rodent control agents to address the issue. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon, but please continue to report any sightings.
