Here is an update from the Board with current information about ongoing and upcoming work in the association, as well as important dates ahead.
Window renovation
The window renovation is planned to start in week 10, beginning with entrance 26. The work will then continue with entrance 24 and conclude on Flottbrovägen. Each phase is expected to take approximately two to three weeks.
The contractor will send out more detailed information a couple of weeks before week 10. In connection with this, members will also be given the opportunity to make individual choices for the inner windows. These options will be at the member’s own expense.
Annual schedule and important dates
To make it easier to keep track of what is happening in the association throughout the year, we have now published a new page with the annual schedule and important dates. We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you of some already confirmed dates.
- Annual General Meeting: 12 May
- Spring maintenance day: 25 April
- Autumn maintenance day: 24 October
Waterproofing renovation
During the spring, we are planning to carry out repairs to the roof in the coal cellar as well as address the waterproofing beneath the first section of the terrace and the garage. Procurement of a contractor is currently underway, and more information will be provided as the work approaches.
Snow clearing and anti-slip measures
The Board would also like to extend a big thank you to everyone who has helped with snow clearing and sanding. It appears that we will need to continue with these efforts for another couple of weeks. Shovels are available in each entrance, and sand can be found in boxes by the terrace, by the stairs up to the bus stop, and in the middle of the stairs down towards Flottbrovägen.
