A new share allocation calculation is planned for 2025. Until this is completed, the following applies:
The association was established in 2011 when the property was purchased from Geerinvest AB. At the time of conversion to a housing cooperative, the apartment data was based on information provided by the seller, and no new measurement of the apartments’ living area was carried out. This may result in minor inaccuracies in the stated areas, but a decision was made at the time to accept this. Since apartment size affects share allocation and monthly fees, any discrepancies have also been accepted in that regard. Estate agents should inform prospective buyers that the listed apartment sizes may differ slightly from the association’s official figures, and that individual remeasurements will not result in any adjustment. The above does not apply to the new apartments added or rebuilt in 2018, where measurements were carried out by an authorised company and the stated areas should be accurate.
