Summer is here, and spring has brought several improvements to the property. Before the holidays begin and we (hopefully) all get some well-deserved time off, here are a few things we’d like to share with you.
Painting of the roof domes
On August 11, Klätterservice AB will repaint the roof domes of the building, which are in need of some refurbishment. Our assessment is that the work will not cause any significant disturbance to the residents.
Log in to the member portal with BankID
A frequently requested update to the member portal is now live: you can log in using BankID. This means you no longer need to keep track of usernames and passwords. In the portal, you’ll find information such as your apartment register details, payment notices, and you can also update your contact information.
Woodworking and hobby projects
It has come to our attention that sanding and woodworking have occasionally taken place in the attic, which has caused considerable dust and mess. We’d like to remind everyone that this is not permitted. Instead, please use our shared hobby room located next to the stroller storage and the board room.
Book the pergola
Take the opportunity to enjoy some grilling and good times in our pergola! You can book it using the same system as the laundry room via this [link]. Log in and click “Tvättstuga” at the top, and you’ll see the option “Boka pergola”. Your apartment key works to unlock the outdoor furniture. Please remember to return tables and chairs after use so it’s tidy for everyone.
Stairway lighting
Our electricians have now repaired the broken lamp posts along the stairway to Flottbrovägen.
