Keys
Need new keys? Contact Låspartner on Lilla Essingen, the association's contracted locksmith.
- Main lock – When ordering, provide the 4-digit apartment number. This key also grants access to the main entrance, waste room, laundry room, attic, and padlocks for outdoor furniture and the grill.
- Secondary lock – A green/blue plastic key is required to order replacements. If you don’t have one, please Contact Låspartner.
- Mailbox – Contact the board if you need a new mailbox key or lock.
- When selling your apartment, the seller is responsible for handing over all keys, including any associated plastic duplication tags, to the buyer.
Nameplates
As the apartment owner, your name must appear on the noticeboard in the stairwell, on the mailbox, and on the newspaper holder outside your door.
- It is not permitted to put up your own name labels on the mailbox or apartment door.
- Contact the board to request official nameplates for your mailbox and newspaper holder. Only the legal owner of the apartment may appear on the nameplates – subtenants may not be listed.
- Storage units and their doors must be clearly marked with the apartment number and name.
