Our communal garden is available for gatherings, but cannot be reserved for private events, as it must remain accessible to all residents.Inform your neighbours when using the garden.Keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM. Barbecuing is allowed in the pergola – please bring your own grill grate and charcoal, and clean up after use. Furniture must be locked after use. Pets are welcome, but not allowed to relieve themselves on the lawn.
Only electric grills are permitted on balconies. Charcoal grills are allowed on terraces, but lighter fluid or firewood that causes heavy smoke is not permitted. Flower boxes must be placed inside the railings. Water carefully to avoid disturbing neighbours below. Keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10:00 PM.
Bicycles must be parked in designated areas. Visitor parking is allowed for a maximum of four hours with a parking disc. Please avoid driving larger vehicles on the courtyard. On the Terrassen area, a driving ban (approx. 15 metres) applies in front of the garage entrance due to pending structural repairs.
The building is sound-sensitive – please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Major renovations must be reported to the board. Stairwells must be kept clear of all objects (fire safety!). Flat entrance doors are the property of the association and must not be damaged or repainted.
The laundry room must be booked digitally – leave it clean and tidy for the next user. Use the bulky waste room only for designated items – do not leave inappropriate waste. Key copies can be ordered using your plastic key fob. Label your storage unit clearly and do not store anything in common corridors. The entry code is confidential – do not share it.
