The Garden

The association’s garden is a shared resource that is continuously improved and maintained through communal workdays, an active gardening group, and contributions from all members.

The Garden and Workdays

In recent years, the garden has seen several improvements, including the addition of a pergola, herb garden, new paths, and plantings. Garden workdays are held every year in October and May, and all members are encouraged to take part.
As a member of a housing association, we all share responsibility for our common environment – it’s important not to expect others to do the work for you.

Please note

It is important to take care of the outdoor environment. Please avoid littering or dropping cigarette butts on the ground.
Inform your neighbours if you're planning a larger gathering in the courtyard, so it doesn't clash with other activities. The pergola can be booked via the same app used for the laundry room.
Barbecuing – bring your own grill grate and charcoal, and clean up after yourself.
Furniture – if you unlock and move the furniture, please return everything to its original place afterwards.
Noise – keep volumes at a reasonable level, especially after 10 PM. Be mindful of your neighbours.

The Gardening Group

The housing association has a Gardening Group that meets once a month and works to maintain a pleasant and inviting garden space for all residents. The group also organises the garden workdays together with the board and oversees general upkeep and larger garden projects. Want to get involved? Contact the board and we’ll connect you with the current group coordinator. The association has also contracted Stockholms Trädgårdstjänst for daily garden maintenance.
