Awnings
Would you like to install a new awning on your property? Please keep the following in mind:
- Awnings for windows, balconies, and balcony screens are only permitted on the facade facing the parking area – not the courtyard. Exceptions are made for the top-floor flats on Flottbrovägen and the balconies on the gable end of entrance 20.
- Dark green is the only approved colour for new awning installations. If any other colour is installed, the board reserves the right to require removal of the non-compliant awning.
- Only straight valances are allowed. Side panels on awnings are not permitted.
- If you are unsure about the rules, please contact the board.
Security Doors
In 2016, security-rated and modern security doors were installed for all apartments in the association to improve safety and soundproofing. Please note:
- The door is the property of the association, and any damage may result in the member being liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
- It is not permitted to screw, tape, or glue your own nameplate or decorations onto the door, as the core is made of steel and adhesives can damage the high-quality finish.

Maintenance and Cleaning
The surface of your new security door is stained and lacquered. Follow these care guidelines:
- Use only common household cleaning agents, not alkaline products.
- Mild dish soap is fine – but use it very sparingly.
- Avoid any cleaners that may scratch or dissolve the surface, such as solvents, scouring powder, or steel wool.
- Dampen the surface from bottom to top, but clean from top to bottom to avoid streaks. Always dry thoroughly afterward.
