Brf Klädstrecket was established in 2011 and consists of two multi-family buildings with a total of 84 flats. The property is green-listed by Stockholm City Museum and offers easy access to walking paths, swimming spots, and local amenities
Brf Klädstrecket 24 acquired the property in 2011, comprising two residential buildings. Following a major renovation in 2017–2018, which involved converting commercial spaces into 10 new flats, the total number of flats is now 84, of which 1 is a rental unit.
The buildings were constructed between 1930 and 1931, designed by architect Carl Åkerblad. The addresses are Badstrandsvägen 20–26, Flottbrovägen 23–29, and Gammelgårdsvägen 26 A–J. The property includes a garage with 19 parking spaces, three office units, and around ten small storage spaces available for rent.

The property Klädstrecket 24 has been awarded a Green Listing by Stockholm City Museum. This designation means the building "is considered to have high cultural and historical value and is especially significant from a historical, environmental, cultural, and artistic perspective."
Klädstrecket 24 is centrally located on the charming island of Stora Essingen, where it’s not uncommon to run into a neighbour in a bathrobe and slippers. Both residents and visitors can enjoy beautiful walking paths and swimming spots, as well as everything needed for daily life, including cosy cafés, restaurants, and a grocery store.
The buildings were constructed in 1929, based on drawings by architect Carl Åkerblad. The developer was Gösta Widegård through his company AB Byggindustri, which also gave the building its name – the Byggindustri House.

The association acquires the properties and the housing cooperative is established.
